Seminar Registration
 
It is advisable to register in advance for the seminars in order to guarantee a place. At-the-door registration will be on a space-available basis. You may register by mail or online. Whichever method you choose, please also complete the Personal Information and Payment Plan forms and bring them to the seminar the first night. Please include your email address as well as your mailing address on all forms so your registration can be confirmed.
 
Cost for each seminar is $250.
