When Your Relationship Ends:
 
Based on the book, "Rebuilding; When Your Relationship Ends" by Bruce Fisher, this seminar identifies the various stages that most people go through when they experience the ending of a marriage or important love relationship. It is designed for recently separated or divorced individuals who are experiencing significant emotional upset as a result of the breakup. Each session focusses on one or more "Rebuilding Blocks" of a healthy recovery. These Rebuilding Blocks are emotional stages; feelings that must be experienced for a healthy recovery to take place. Participants are encouraged to actively share their experiences in both large and small group settings.
 
As a participant you will receive:
 
Information about the separation and divorce adjustment process
Guidance in working through feelings
Emotional Support from others who are going through a similar loss experience
Tools to aid in the adjustment process
Strategies for dealing with future relationships
A Network of Friends with whom to grow
